• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Proven ability to deliver P&Ls and manage large-scale projects.

• Lead civil aviation engineering project teams for technical presales support and system integration project delivery, both locally and regionally
• Strengthen existing and create new capabilities in civil aviation engineering services and solutions - horizontal and industry skills
• Deliver P&Ls, participate in pre‑sales and develop new solution offerings in alignment with market needs
• Nurture partnership with engineering services and related technology / product providers
• Collaborate with industry and sales teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies to drive business growth

Job Requirements

• Degree holder and above in Electronics/Electrical/Information/Communications Engineering or related disciplines, possession of engineering or business related Master Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in engineering projects presales support and delivery for clients locally / regionally in ICT systems, relevant experience in civil aviation related systems is definitely a plus
• Proven program and project management experience, and possession of government project experience is a plus
• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
• Proven experience in delivering P&Ls, managing large‑scaled complex projects and driving growth as a business lead
• Energetic with passion to drive with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Effective client‑facing and good business communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
