Job Description

J.P. Morgan Asset Management provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. We offer a broad range of investment strategies across equities, fixed income, liquidity, multi-asset and alternative investments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Hong Kong Morgan Direct team. The team supports Morgan Direct, J.P. Morgan Asset Management's digital investment platform serving retail investors in Hong Kong, while also partnering with internal teams to drive scalable client acquisition, engagement and retention.

As a Client Advisor – Associate on the team, you will be involved in acting as a trusted point of contact for clients by providing guidance on the Morgan Direct platform and J.P. Morgan investment products, while also combining relationship management with data-driven digital growth strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to business and sales targets, including new client acquisition, net sales and asset growth, through proactive engagement with prospective and existing retail clients.
• Support clients across onboarding, platform navigation, account servicing and investment product enquiries, while delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations to help clients understand the Morgan Direct platform and relevant J.P. Morgan investment products.
• Partner with Marketing to develop, execute and evaluate scalable client acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.
• Analyze client, campaign and market trends, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and Client Service to improve conversion, digital adoption and business growth.
• Maintain the highest standards of business ethics and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to digital marketing, campaign management, customer acquisition, or client analytics.
• Strong understanding of investment products and the ability to communicate them effectively to clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven client relationship management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience supporting a digital investment platform, online brokerage, or direct-to-consumer financial services business.
• Experience working across Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently holds, or is eligible to obtain, an SFC Type 1 license.
