Job summary

Jardine Restaurant Group in Hong Kong is seeking a digital application project manager to lead user-centred projects across websites, apps, kiosks, POS systems, and restaurant solutions, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline. You will translate business needs into UI/UX designs, develop BRDs, support restaurant operations, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, with experience in Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of digital application project management experience, with trading/web/app platforms and POS systems preferred.
• Experience supporting routine restaurant operations and business applications.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver user-centred digital projects across websites, apps, e-commerce platforms, kiosks, POS, and restaurant solutions within scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate into UI/UX designs, information architecture, prototypes, journeys, and workflows.
• Develop and review business requirement documents to align restaurant operations with digital teams.
• Provide day-to-day support for restaurant applications and operations to resolve issues.
• Manage testing with test plans and cases for Web, App, and POS platforms and coordinate UAT.
• Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and offer alternatives to ensure success.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to stakeholders and management as needed.
• Stay updated on trends like Power BI and smart restaurant solutions and recommend relevant digital tools.
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.
