Job summary

Mdm Ling Bakery Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to own content, campaigns and digital growth across its brands in Hong Kong. You will contribute to a flat, collaborative marketing team where ideas are valued and your work reaches thousands of customers daily.

You will produce engaging short-form videos, plan campaigns, optimize paid ads, and apply AI tools to accelerate copywriting and creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or internship exposure in digital marketing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing mobile-first videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Strong familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable to learning new digital marketing tools and AI capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, and produce engaging short-form video and visual content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Plan and execute multi-brand marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand launches.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Implement foundational SEO tactics to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic on Google.
• Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, and creative workflows.
• Track KPIs, analyze social media metrics, and refine strategies based on data.
• Manage and grow the digital presence across three distinct bakery brands while keeping a pulse on the latest industry trends.
