Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited seeks a Digital Product Manager to own the complete lifecycle of digital learning products in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as Product Owner, shaping backlogs, user stories, and Agile iterations while steering portfolio strategy and roadmap priorities.

You will ensure products meet user needs, learning objectives, and strategic goals, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, content, QA, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid product management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and user research.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle of assigned digital learning products from concept through delivery and enhancements.
• Serve as Product Owner to manage backlogs, write user stories, and drive Agile cycles.
• Partner with leadership on portfolio strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritisation.
• Ensure solutions meet functional standards, user needs, learning objectives, and goals.
• Evaluate market dynamics and product metrics to guide improvements.
• Synthesize feedback and analytics to refine backlog and UX.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, content, QA, and vendors.
• Translate requirements into precise specifications and documentation.
• Oversee launch readiness and post-implementation optimization for digital tools.
• Monitor industry standards and AI adoption.
