Accenture Technology Solutions (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS Functional Consultant/Manager to lead complex implementations for global clients. You will engage with client leadership, define functional design, and drive solution delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and successful transformation.

Job duties of this Role:

Engage with client leadership, delivery leads, and stakeholders across different geographies.

Provide Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS functional expertise to drive solution design and delivery, while maintaining strong client engagement.

Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS across areas such as Customer Information System (CIS), Billing, Rates, Payments, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, and Meter-to-Cash processes.

Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead workshops, requirement sessions, solution demonstrations, and support business process transformation initiatives.

Understand utility industry business processes, including regulated and deregulated market environments, tariff structures, billing operations, customer service, and market transaction lifecycles.

Contribute to large-scale transformation and implementation programs by defining business and technology solutions aligned with client objectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS).

Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior positions.

Proven experience in at least 2-4 full lifecycle Oracle Utilities CC&B or CCS implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS modules

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and production support.

Strong understanding of utility industry business processes and customer operations.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical organizations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate complex solutions clearly.

Project delivery experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a global, distributed team environment.

Experience with electric, gas, or water utility clients.

Experience in cloud migration or transformation projects involving Oracle Utilities CCS.

Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and utility ecosystem applications.

Oracle Utilities CC&B and/or CCS certifications are advantageous.
