The ideal candidate has 4+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, strong AWS experience, and hands-on Kubernetes know-how, with openness to applicants from Hong Kong or Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role, capable of working independently.
• Deep operational knowledge of AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem tools.
• Proficient with ArgoCD and modern CI/CD frameworks.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior DevOps Engineer who is a highly motivated self-starter capable of hitting the ground running from day one. In this role, you will manage, scale, and optimize critical infrastructure with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain, optimize, and scale our AWS cloud environment and critical infrastructure.
• Orchestration & Deployment: Design, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters and manage deployments using ArgoCD.
• Automation & Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable and rapid software delivery.
• Internal Tools: Design and build frontend dashboards to provide visibility, monitoring, and self-service capabilities for internal teams.
• Collaborative Support: Partner closely with internal users, maintaining a highly flexible, patient, and solutions-oriented approach when navigating complex or challenging user requirements.

Required Technical Stack & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Cloud Platform: Deep operational knowledge of AWS.
• Containerization: Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem tools.
• GitOps & CI/CD: Proficient with ArgoCD and modern continuous integration and deployment frameworks.
• Open for both Hong Kong and Singapore applicants.

Highly Desirable Niche Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with latency-sensitive systems.
• Hands-on experience with low-level infrastructure optimization, including machine tuning and CPU tuning.
