Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen the core platform engineering team and enhance global deployment capabilities. You will partner with architects, developers, QA, and offshore units to design robust cloud and on-prem deployment solutions.

The role emphasizes automated CI/CD, IaC standardization, artifact management, and proactive monitoring to ensure high availability across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related tech.
• Total 8+ years in software/devops, with at least 5 years in DevOps.
• Proven technical lead experience on mid-to-large projects.
• CKA certification; hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD.
• CI/CD stack: Git, Jenkins, Groovy, Maven, npm; IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAML.
• Artifact management (Artifactory/ACR) and monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana, EFK).
• Selenium/Cypress/Playwright exposure; Azure admin a plus.
• Strong English and Putonghua communication.

• Monitor system health, performance, and operational availability across application and infrastructure platforms.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related technology discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of total experience in software development or systems support, with at least 5 years dedicated to DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in a technical lead capacity for mid-to-large-scale projects.

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with hands-on experience provisioning and supporting Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD environments.

• Strong background in CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Groovy, Maven, npm) and IaC/scripting (Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAML).

• Practical experience with artifact management systems (JFrog Artifactory, ACR) and monitoring suites (Dynatrace, Grafana, EFK).

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) or Azure platform administration is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English and Putonghua.
