Job summary

On On Technology Services Limited, a Hong Kong software studio, is seeking a full-time Designer to create mobile apps and web products in Figma and to assist with our marketing materials. You will build prototypes, follow design systems, and prepare clean Figma files for handoff to developers, while contributing creative concepts for client projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing UI design for mobile apps or websites.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Ability to work precisely to another designer's specifications, and to lead creatively when there are none.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of mobile and responsive web design.
• Ability to design marketing content such as emails, social posts, and decks.
• Clear communication, including explaining design decisions to clients and developers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.

On On Technology Services Limited is looking for a full-time Designer to join our team. Your main focus will be designing mobile apps and web products for our clients in Figma. You will also help create our company's marketing materials.

What you'll be doing

Create Figma designs for client mobile apps and web products

Where the client's designer has provided specifications or a design system, follow them accurately

Where there is no existing design direction, provide creative input: propose concepts, layouts, user flows, and visual style

Build prototypes and refine designs based on client and team feedback

Prepare clean, well-organised Figma files for handoff to our developers

Company marketing (secondary)

Design email campaigns in Mailchimp

Create Instagram posts, stories, and other social content

Produce presentation decks for pitches to potential clients

What we're looking for
