Job summary

Gemini Personnel Limited is seeking a Design & Product Developer (Assistant Manager) in Hong Kong to support the development of clothing and accessories. You will contribute to product strategy, trend research, design development, and execution across HK, Shanghai and the UK.

Ideal candidates have fashion design or product development experience, familiarity with UK/EU/US markets, and strong organization and communication skills. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Fashion Design, Buying, Sourcing, Product Development or related field.
Exposure to UK/European/US fashion markets preferred.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; AI design tools are a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support product strategy and help deliver sales and growth targets.
Research UK and global fashion trends and identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate closely with UK Buying and Design teams.
Create design concepts, CADs, and design packs using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Assist with seasonal range presentations in HK, Shanghai, and the UK.
Work with Merchandising, Technical, and Supplier teams to ensure timely sampling, fitting, quality, and cost targets.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and help resolve development issues efficiently.
