Job summary

EFG International AG is seeking an entry to mid-level settlement professional in Hong Kong to process structured note and derivatives trades, reconcile blotters, and manage settlements. You will liaise with traders, brokers, custodians, and the head office to ensure accurate SecMaster creation and market price updates, while maintaining compliant records.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in banking or securities settlement, plus fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above required.
1-2 years banking or financial experience, preferably in securities settlement; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

Process structured note and derivatives trades.
Daily reconciliation of traders' blotters with system records and broker confirmations.
Handle trade settlements and market data administration.
Coordinate with head office on SecMaster creation and market price updates.
Liaise with traders, brokers, and custodians to resolve settlement issues.
Maintain transaction records.
Coordinate with sales on derivatives trade bookings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal settlement policies.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
