Job summary

HONG KONG EXCHANGES AND CLEARING LIMITED is seeking a responsible Officer to join the Depository Services team to provide transportation and administrative support. The role focuses on safe, efficient moving of documents and people between HKEX offices and other locations, with attention to confidentiality and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of driving experience, a valid HK driving license, and a track record of reliability.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above required.
• Valid HK Driving License (Class 1 and 2) required.
• Minimum 5 years professional driving experience.
• Experience in financial institutions or reputable organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for business activities.
• Handle confidential documents and transport between locations.
