Job summary

HORA Hospitality Group in Central Hong Kong is seeking a Demi Chef to join a dynamic, dedicated kitchen team. You will oversee a kitchen section, prepare and plate dishes, and support leadership with mise en place, stock control and ordering.

We value energy, collaboration and a commitment to excellence. The role offers full-time hours, with 2 days off per week and perks like staff meals and discount benefits. Experience in French kitchen styles is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reputable kitchens.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our passionate team on this exciting journey.

Your Responsibilities
