Job summary

G-20 Group is a cross-asset trading firm with global reach, looking for a De-Fi Developer & Engineer. The role focuses on innovating using blockchain tech within a team skilled in systematic trading and market making.

You will co-develop trading algorithms, analyze DeFi protocols, and research novel blockchain functionalities. A strong background in CS/CE and web3 is required, with fluency in English and experience across blockchain platforms.

Qualifications

Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Comfortable with web3 technology and cryptocurrency markets.
Proven understanding of EVM or other blockchain architectures and implementations.
Proficient in at least 2 languages among C++, Python, TypeScript, Rust.
Proficiency in blockchain-related languages (Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move, Yul).
Experience in smart contract audits and exploring low-level blockchain tech.
Demonstrated ability to deploy large technology stacks and deliver finished projects.
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Co-develop trading algorithms and platform architecture with innovative execution and connectivity solutions.
Analyze DeFi protocols using on-chain data to support market making and trading strategies.
Research and implement novel blockchain functionalities and protocols.
Research smart contract libraries and frameworks for sustainable integration.
Maintain awareness of DeFi protocol updates and market developments.
Demonstrate deployment experience on multiple blockchain platforms.
