Job summary

ZA is seeking a capable collection support staff in Hong Kong to assist in debt collection activities, prepare reminders and demand letters, and help compile data for management reports.

You will monitor collateral sales, support HKMCI processes, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required, using Excel for data analysis. Diploma required; 2+ years in banking collections; strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above, degree holder preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of banking collection experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in debt collection activities, including but not limited to preparing payment reminders and demand letters.
• Assist in preparing management reports.
• Participate in inspection and monitor the sale of collateral.
• Assist in preparing management reports and handling claims to HKMCI.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
