Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an Assistant Product Development Manager for its Debit Card Product team in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end development of new debit card features, coordinate with card associations, pricing, and marketing to drive business growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage product life cycle and UAT enhancements while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Debit Card or Credit Card product development in retail banks.
• Sound knowledge in managing card product life cycle and new features development.
• Solid card product marketing and UAT enhancement project background.
• Analytical mind, good organization skills and able to work independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end debit card product features and related UAT projects.
• Formulate debit card product strategy and engage in enhancements and revamp programs.
• Coordinate card associations, pricing, features development, and performance analysis.
• Initiate marketing ideas to boost debit card acquisition and usage to achieve targets.
• Assist in managing card P&L, compliance issues, and streamline card operations.
