Job summary

In this role you will assist with due diligence, document review, and research, gaining exposure to documentation and execution behind major debt transactions within an international practice.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence exercises, including reviewing Chinese-language materials and transaction documents.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing disclosure documents and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal and commercial research to support active client matters.
• Provide high-quality transaction support to lawyers throughout DCM matters.
