Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE specializing in Debt Capital Markets.
• Direct HK market DCM experience required.
• Proven track record in G3 bonds, dim sum bonds, or high-yield offerings.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for regional transactions and documentation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate offshore bond issuances and programmes.
• Advise underwriters, issuers, and financial institutions on HK and cross-border compliance.
• Lead transaction execution, due diligence, and prospectus preparation for DCM offerings.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional closings with regulators, exchanges, and counsel.
• Research regulatory trends and ESG debt instruments.
