Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Matter Management: Support Partners and Associates by reviewing initial and subsequent drafts, summarizing key revisions, and highlighting critical client-facing updates.

Closing Operations: Manage execution and completion documentation.

Volume Management: Independently handle routine legal processes to match the rigorous, high-quality service standards expected by top-tier banking clients.

Cross-Border Coordination: Navigate complex transaction timelines and multi-jurisdictional documentation across diverse capital markets.

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of Paralegal experience specializing in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in written and spoken English, paired with strong Chinese skills (Mandarin and Cantonese) capable of drafting reviews, written communications, and active meeting participation.

Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Work Ethic: High self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to support high-volume transaction coverage outside standard working hours or on weekends when necessary.
