CGWS International Financial Limited, a Hong Kong–based financial institution, is hiring a Debt Capital Markets Execution Associate to support end-to-end offshore debt transactions, including USD bonds, RMB/Dim Sum bonds, green bonds, and AT1/Tier 2 instruments. The role requires strong financial modeling, market research, and coordination with legal, regulatory, and rating agencies.

The candidate should have 2+ years in DCM or offshore bond issuance, hold or be eligible for the SFC Type 1

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 2 years hands-on transaction execution experience related to DCM/offshore bond issuance or investment banking in HK; 3–5 years preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for SFC Type 1 license; CFA/CPA/FRM designations preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (credit analysis, cash flow modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Wind, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist end-to-end execution of offshore debt transactions for Chinese issuers (USD/RMB bonds, green bonds, perpetual bonds, AT1/Tier 2); perform due diligence, structuring, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, settlement.
• Prepare pitchbooks, investor memoranda, roadshow presentations, credit analyses, and transaction documentation; conduct market research and financial modeling.
• Coordinate with external parties (counsel, auditors, rating agencies, trustees) and regulators (HKEX, SFC, NDRC/CSRC) for compliant execution.
• Organize non-deal roadshows and investor events; liaise with issuer, sales, and investors to gather feedback.
• Support bookbuilding, order monitoring, and syndication coordination; assist in allocation strategies and settlement.
• Track market dynamics of offshore debt, credit spreads, rates; produce weekly/monthly updates and internal research.
• Collaborate across departments and perform ad hoc assignments as required.
