Hua Xia Bank Co., Limited Hong Kong Branch is seeking a DCM Officer to support the Investment Banking Department with client pitching, management and day-to-day tasks. The role involves active participation in due diligence, documentation review, road show planning and deal settlement for debt capital market projects.

The candidate will prepare pitchbooks covering market updates, pricing and regulatory changes, and assist in coordinating with domestic branches, including proposals and training

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures.
• Basic understanding of economic, legal and finance issues.

Aufgaben

• Assist client pitching, client management and daily operations.
• Contribute to due diligence, documentation review, road shows and deal settlement for DCM projects.
• Prepare pitchbooks with market updates, pricing, issuance strategy and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with domestic branches and provide proposals and training materials.
• Carry out financial and market analysis for clients and senior management.
• Support collaboration with relationship managers, sales and trading, legal and compliance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
