Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Manager to lead underwriting syndicate operations and deliver market insights for the DCM business in Hong Kong.

The role involves coordinating with fixed income sales, providing pricing and execution guidance, and maintaining issuer-investor relationships across transactions. Strong English and Chinese communication, along with a finance background, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above preferably in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in DCM, bond syndicate, fixed income sales & trading, or market research is preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and good communication skills, with ability to work independently.
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• CFA certifications are preferred.
• SFC/HKMA licensed representative, Type 1 and/or 4, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage underwriting syndicate operations related to the DCM business.
• Provide market updates on microeconomics and fixed income markets, including pricing recommendations, execution, book-building, and allocations.
• Collaborate with the fixed income sales team for marketing and feedback gathering from investors.
• Assist in deal execution and maintain relationships with issuers and investors.
