• Execute the administration and configuration for new and existing Platform and Database Infrastructure
• Diagnose Platform and Database Infrastructure faults and solve technical problems in the first line support role
• Patching of platform and database vulnerabilities and software bugs
• Fine tuning and configuration of platform and database infrastructure to enhance systems availability, stability, security and performance
• Update procedures and guidelines to facilitate the daily operations and management of the installed platform and database infrastructure
• Conduct regular recovery drill, inventory check and maintain inventory records for platform and database infrastructure components

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in computer science or equivalent with at least 7 years working experience in related disciplines;
• Solid knowledge and administrative skills to support database
• Experience on Oracle database
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
