Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a BI/Dashboard Developer to design and deliver executive dashboards, KPI reports and self-service BI solutions. You will create visualizations that clearly communicate insights to drive business decisions, and collaborate across data product, analysis and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and meaningful reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Data Analytics, Information Systems, Design, CS, Business).
• 3+ years of experience in BI development, dashboard design, reporting or data visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data storytelling, KPI design, dashboard UX and analytical thinking.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to business users.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive dashboards, operational reports and self-service BI solutions.
• Create visual experiences that communicate insights clearly and support business decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards, management reporting packs and analytical applications.
• Implement reporting standards, visual design guidelines and dashboard governance practices.
• Collaborate with data product, business analysis and engineering teams to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.
