Job summary

HGC Global Communications Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for a role to support the Data Protection Officer and provide administrative/secretarial assistance to the Regulatory General Manager. You will research, draft and maintain privacy-related policies and coordinate with internal stakeholders on regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in legal admin or privacy-related support, holds a diploma or degree, and is fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

2–4 years' relevant experience in legal administration, company secretarial, regulatory, privacy or related support functions.
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
Experience supporting data protection, privacy compliance or regulatory matters would be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; well-organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Assist the DPO in handling the Group's data protection and privacy compliance matters.
Conduct research and assist in the preparation, maintenance and administration of privacy-related policies, records, training materials and other documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on data privacy and regulatory matters.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Regulatory General Manager.
Assist with departmental administration and other ad hoc projects and assignments and support functions as required.
