Qualifications

• Proven experience in data governance and data management disciplines including metadata management, data classification, data tagging, data privacy, security and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools and platforms and leveraging them to operationalize the Data Governance Framework.
• Knowledge of AI-related data governance fundamentals, including text-to-insights and semantic search.
• Familiarity with implementing data protection and security controls for sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organization-wide data governance initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and enhance the Data Governance Framework, standards and controls for unstructured data.
• Contribute to design and optimization of tools for metadata management, data access workflows, tagging, and data quality assurance.
• Promote best practices for unstructured data governance through ontology development and data tagging efforts.
• Support compliance with data privacy, data protection, and data security regulations.
• Monitor governance effectiveness, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
