Qualifications

Requires 10+ years in financial services or fintech with 5+ in management.
Proven track record in designing and overseeing data and AI governance frameworks.
Deep familiarity with data quality and data protection practices.
Strong regulatory awareness and ability to navigate local regulations.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Data Science & Governance to drive governance/quality frameworks for bank data/AI ecosystems.
Formulate data and AI strategies aligned with governance policies, standards, and metrics.
Monitor trends in data governance, identifying business opportunities to leverage data assets.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor staff, and manage performance.
