Kyndryl Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Data Consultant to drive data and technology transformations for clients. You will partner with customers to envision, design, and execute data strategies that deliver high-value insights and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in data consulting delivering transformative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with CrispDM methodology and Six Sigma DMAIC.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and modern analytics.
• Client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant.

• Up-to-date knowledge of data tools and industry changes.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize, design, and implement end-to-end data strategies and enterprise data programs.
• Develop innovative approaches for collecting, storing, analyzing, and visualizing data from diverse and complex enterprise sources.
• Leverage cutting-edge big data technologies and frameworks to architect scalable solutions tailored to each client's specific business requirements.
• Lead interactive workshops and consulting engagements to guide stakeholders in crafting long-term, data-driven roadmaps.
• Educate and advise customers on emerging Data Science technologies, modern analytics platforms, and industry best practices.
• Analyze complex customer business challenges, formulate hypotheses, test conclusions, and deliver impactful, data-backed solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive architecture assessments and align business requirements seamlessly with both technical and functional IT needs.
• Drive continuous innovation, agility, and operational efficiency across customer environments, turning complex data ecosystems into clear business success stories.

• Experience in data consulting, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions

• Skilled in tailoring insights to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understands CrispDM methodology and/or Six Sigma's DMAIC
• Familiarity with microservice architecture
• Client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant
• In-depth understanding of analytics and data science
• Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes and analyze big data

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Comfortable working with statistics
