Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. This full-time role supports critical infrastructure in world-class data centre facilities and requires hands-on experience in server, network, and cabling operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of data center experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with DCIM platforms, ITIL practices, and common vendor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
