Qualifications

• Experience in demand management, portfolio management, product operations, or delivery governance in data/analytics or technology platforms.
• Strong analytical capability to convert operational data into actionable insights and influence decisions.
• Confident stakeholder management across technology and business; facilitates prioritisation discussions.
• Ability to write clear, structured briefs and define success criteria for requests and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand intake and shaping for I&A tooling, including backlog with ownership and milestones.
• Prioritise demands using value, risk, regulatory and capacity criteria; document decisions and trade-offs.
• Connect platform, product, engineering and service enablement to route demand correctly.
• Track funding, cost estimates, budgets and recharge allocations for prioritized demands.
• Build MI for the demand pipeline: volume, themes, cycle time, ageing and bottlenecks.
• Turn reporting into insights and drive changes for time-to-value, transparency and predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to align delivery sequencing and communicate health risks.
