• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, BI, governance, and reporting solutions.
