AXA XL in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Underwriter, Cyber to act as the technical expert within the function. You will underwrite renewals and new business, monitor risk, and coordinate with brokers and clients to grow the cyber portfolio according to the business plan.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with equivalent experience, policy development and broker management.
• High level of technical knowledge in product and industry.
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience in marketing and business development.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite, manage and service a renewal book and produce new business in accordance with business unit goals.
• Develop and manage underwriting strategies for renewals and targets within portfolio; analyze current product penetration and plans to increase market share.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in risk analysis and evaluation.
• Negotiate with producers within delegated authority and established underwriting standards to achieve profit objectives.
• Build and enhance relationships with brokers and clients; establish new distribution relationships.
