AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced underwriting leader to underwrite, manage renewals and generate new business in line with unit goals. You will develop underwriting strategies for renewals and targets, including cross-selling and market penetration, and oversee local agency/broker SME portfolios.

You will exercise independent judgment in risk analysis, communicate with producers for accurate documentation, and contribute to our team culture while training junior teammates.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required with professional insurance qualifications (IIQE I & II, CII or ANZII preferred).
• 10+ years underwriting and risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of local insurance markets and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite, manage and service renewal book and produce new business in line with goals.
• Develop and manage underwriting strategies for renewals and targets; cross-sell and market penetrate.
• Manage local agency and brokers SME portfolio; provide training and coaching to junior staff.
