Job summary

Cooley LLP in Asia is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer to monitor, maintain and enhance security practices across the Firm. You will analyze security system reports, configure protections, and participate in Incident Response to minimize asset exposure.

The role requires 2+ years in information security, hands-on experience with AD, firewalls, EDR, SIEM, DLP, and cloud services (AWS/Azure). Frequent on-call rotation and possible travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ CIS or equivalent.
• 2+ years of information security experience and practical knowledge across security technologies.
• Experience with AD, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, DLP, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and analyze security system reports and logs.
• Configure, maintain security products including firewalls, VPN, PAM, DLP, EDR, and SIEM.
• Respond to alerts and incidents as part of the Incident Response team.
• Support risk reviews and recommend controls per security strategy.
