The Regional Cybersecurity Assistant Manager will execute cybersecurity initiatives, administer enterprise security technologies, and act as the primary liaison for external SOC services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, governance, or information security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and enterprise security technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security tools including Defender, Entra ID, Purview, EDR/XDR.
• Experience collaborating with or managing Security Operations Centers (SOC).

Responsabilités

• Execute cybersecurity initiatives across multiple regional markets.
• Administer and optimize enterprise security technologies (identity management, endpoint security, XDR/EDR, DLP, cloud security).
• Act as the primary liaison for external SOC services, overseeing threat monitoring, incident response, and service performance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing, and drive remediation activities.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, serving as escalation point.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce information security policies, standards, procedures, and incident response playbooks.
• Drive security governance, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Deliver security awareness training and promote a strong cybersecurity culture.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity posture and support long-term security transformation initiatives.
