Job summary

Deloitte China is seeking a Manager to lead cyber security and compliance within Information Technology Services. You will design and maintain the information security architecture and ensure alignment with business strategies and IT roadmap, while coordinating with teams to localize global security services for the China Firm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Information Technology, IT Security or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years IT work experience consisting of 6 years of IT Security experience including at least 3 years focused on security architecture or senior security engineering roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading the implementation of large-scale security projects.
• Understanding of IT, IT processes and IT systems.
• Familiar with AI security
• Possess extensive hands-on experience in public cloud security practices and hold relevant certifications is plus.
• CISSP certified or equivalent qualification is plus.
• Good service concept, team-work spirit, open-minded, self-motivated
• Pro-active, good self-control ability, independently work with less supervision and under pressure
• A strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, proactive in identifying issues and driving their resolution
• Continuous learning capabilities, keeping up with the latest trends in the cyber industry, actively researching new technologies and applying them in practice
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• A desire to challenge the status quo and to drive for continuous process improvement
• Skilled at leveraging AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and maintain the information security architecture framework.
• Lead localization of global security services in the China Firm environment.
• Evaluate and recommend new security products and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and liaise with stakeholders.
• Manage security and compliance projects.
• Respond to ad-hoc security requests and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional capabilities across the organization.
• Drive continuous process improvement and risk management.
