Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT including strong project management and delivery.
• First-hand experience of software development lifecycle and best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Leverages analytics to detect inefficiencies and mitigate key risk areas.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Design solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology (e.g. artificial intelligence, Gen AI, machine learning, LLMs) to assist clients to transform and digitalize their business initiatives

Coordinate the delivery of solutions leveraging Cloud and / or Agentic AI architecture in-line with our client's unique technology infrastructure requirements

Conduct and manage the implementation of technology solutions, supporting across the end-to-end systems development lifecycle from planning & scoping, to design, to technical implementation

Deliver results for clients by applying technology domain knowledge and appropriate methodologies

Understand how business functions operate and how use of technology impact a client’s business by keeping up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering, IT Degree or similar

Minimum 6 years of professional experience working with IT, including strong track record of project management and delivery

Clear understanding and first-hand experience of software development lifecycle and best practices, including experience with Agile methodologies

Leverages deep industry knowledge and broad functional capabilities to use analytics in innovative ways, assist clients in detecting inefficiencies and anomalies in their systems, and mitigate several key risk areas

Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers

Ability to understand requirements and map to technical implementation

Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about and working with new and emerging technologies

Excellent communication and report writing skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
