Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Insurance Solutions Centre in Hong Kong. The role handles frontline service, cashiering, and processing for insurance products.

Location at Sheung Wan / Quarry Bay; 12-month contract with renewal; work hours Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, with Alt Sat 10:00-18:00. You will greet customers, assist with new business applications, manage document flow, and promote products while maintaining service standards and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• 2-3 years work experience in insurance institutions, preferably with Bank or Customer Service.
• Excellent Counter Customer Service and Telephone manners.
• IIQE papers 1, 3 & 5 is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and sales channels at the service counter and handle inquiries.
• Manage counter cash flow, collect premium payments, and perform basic daily account settlement/analysis.
• Assist with the pre-approval and initial screening of New Business insurance applications.
• Handle administrative tasks including document retrieval, filing, and processing incoming letters, emails, and faxes.
• Promote company products to walk-in prospects and gather customer feedback; follow up on complaints within SLA.

Duties:
