Job summary

Savills plc in Hong Kong is seeking a disciplined building management and security assistant to handle daily facilities operations and provide excellent customer service. The role includes patrolling, visitor registration, and handling inquiries and complaints to ensure smooth building functioning. Candidates should have Secondary 5, at least 1 year of experience, fluent Cantonese, fair Putonghua and basic English.

A Security Training Certificate (QAS), Green Card and Cat. B permit are required.

• Secondary education is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Fluent Cantonese is required.
• Fair Putonghua and basic English proficiency.
• Ability to read and write Chinese; basic English writing is required.
• Security Training Course Certificate (QAS) is required.

Employment Terms:$16,500 - $18,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Medical Insurance, Promotion Opportunity and Performance Award $500 per month, 7:30AM-4:30PM, 2:00PM-11:00PM or 10:45PM-7:45AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
