Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree / high diploma or above required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Non-sales desk role with professional and stable environment.
• Premium customer and counter services responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving receipts uploaded to the mall CRM system.
• Conduct fraud-detection checks on approved receipts within the mall CRM system.
• Provide support for ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
• Provide clerical, filing and administrative duties.
• To provide premium customer and counter services.
• Provide after-sales service to customers.
