Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Central Coordination Team in planning, development, and implementation of key project components within the HKJC Charities Trust framework.

You will coordinate digital platform work with vendors and partners, manage impact assessment activities, and facilitate reporting to governance bodies, while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Branding and Public Affairs teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in project management, philanthropy, arts & culture, education or community development.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders across education, arts, nonprofit and government.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passionate about advancing arts, culture, humanities and youth development through partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Central Coordination Team in planning, development and implementation of project components.
• Coordinate digital platform planning and maintenance with vendors and partners.
• Support impact assessment, monitoring and reporting with stakeholders and the evaluation partner.
• Align with the evaluation partner on impact assessment, including data collection and cleansing.
• Manage external agencies involved in project communications and promotion.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and prepare findings presentations.
• Assist budgeting, procurement engagement and communications with internal teams.
• Support publicity events and communications efforts.
• Coordinate regular progress reporting to governance bodies and assist secretariat duties.
