HR Plus seeks a Chief Technology Officer for a well-funded mobile gaming start-up. Lead the technical vision, build and manage a global IT team, and drive iOS/Android product releases with compliance to Play Store and App Store policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in mobile app development and releasing.
• Hands-on experience in building software products, preferably in gaming.
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and frontend projects, overseeing the IT team.
• Support recruitment to build and lead the mobile app team for iOS and Android.
• Oversee product quality and ensure publishing policy compliance for Play Store and App Store.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful app releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
