Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets. You will support the growth and day-to-day operations of institutional and VIP client products, learning how an institutional product grows and operates end to end.

You will identify high-potential prospects, assist with client proposals and onboarding, and coordinate with growth, middle office, and support functions to remove friction and drive program

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, analytics, product ops, growth, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets; basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication, able to summarize data and decisions crisply for stakeholders.
• Highly organized; able to juggle recurring deadlines and batch processes without dropping details.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule (remote).

Responsibilities

• Growth and Operations Support: identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects.
• Data & Reporting: produce recurring reports and flag anomalies in data.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on client eligibility and incentives, and maintain process documentation.
