Job summary

BCW is seeking a Senior Finance Executive in Hong Kong to join a growing finance team supporting crypto-related operations and cross-functional partners. The role sits alongside Finance, HR, Operations, and legal and reports to the Managing Partners, with exposure to multiple business units.

You will lead month-end closings, budgeting and forecasting, overhead allocations, and inter-company transactions while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent certification.
• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• 4 or more years of experience in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Xero accounting software.
• Good knowledge and experience in Crypto accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entries for crypto accounting and allocation.
• Experience in handling FX rates, realised and unrealised exchange gain/loss.
• Updating actual against budget to calculate variances.
• Conduct month-end financial closing activities with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare Cash and Bank reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial planning process including budgeting and forecasting.
• Track and monitor project costing and spent.
• Prepare overhead cost allocation.
• Assist in Year end Financial Reporting Preparation.
• Inter-company transactions and billings.
