Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or ACCA status preferred, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services. Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in financial services audit (Big 4) or a similar finance role within a securities firm.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial regulations applicable in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Support the preparation of regulatory filings under SFC Financial Resources Rules.
• Perform daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

Skills

Understanding of HKFRS

Fluency in English

Fluency in Cantonese

Fluency in Mandarin

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

CPA / ACCA (or finalist)
