Alpha HR is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (or Head of Finance) to build and lead the financial, treasury, and trust operations from 0 to 1 for a rapidly scaling Web3 venture in Hong Kong.

This is not a traditional controller role; you will own on‑chain and fiat treasury, HK Trust/TCSP structuring, cross‑border tax planning, and IFRS/HKFRS reporting, while coordinating with the Co‑CEOs and external partners to drive global expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with hands-on crypto/exchange exposure.
• Direct experience in setting up and operating Hong Kong Trust (Trust / TCSP) structures.
• Deep knowledge of on-chain fund flows, multi-sig wallets, OTC/fiat ramps, and crypto tax.
• 0-to-1 builder mentality; comfortable executing with minimal legacy staff.
• Native or near-native Mandarin with working English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead 0-to-1 Web3 financial operations and treasury management.
• Oversee HK Trust setup, licensing coordination, and cross-border entity management.
• Drive crypto tax planning, IFRS/HKFRS reporting, and monthly closes.
• Select and deploy crypto accounting tools and ERP integrations; build a lean finance team.
