Job summary

Wellcome Hong Kong is seeking a Category Management / E-commerce Coordinator to arrange product onboarding for cross-border and domestic platforms, consolidate supplier data, and maintain vendor and item records in the merchandising backend.

You will collect and organize data to prepare reports and perform data analysis, collaborate with the commercial team in HK and the cross-border team in China, and occasionally travel for business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Preferably 1 year of retail experience, and knowledge in cross border E-commerce is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Simplified Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good organizational skill, attention to details and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Arrange product onboarding for both cross border and domestic E-commerce platforms.
• Consolidate information captured from various suppliers and put in accurate formats.
• Enter and update vendor and item information accurately in the E-commerce merchandising backend system.
• Collect and organize relevant data to prepare reports and perform data analysis effectively.
• Collaborate with and provide administrative support to commercial team in HK & cross border team in China.
• Occasional business travel as required (approximately once per quarter).
• Perform any ad hoc assignments and contribute to the team.
