Job summary

EY in Hong Kong seeks a Manager in Forensic & Integrity Services, Crisis Management. You will lead crisis management engagements, design frameworks, and run simulations, coordinating with executive leadership to guide response and recovery during complex events.

You will work with Partners and Senior Managers to develop content, manage teams, and drive growth of the Crisis Management practice while coaching junior members.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in crisis management, resilience, business continuity, investigations, or risk advisory.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Experience developing crisis response plans, playbooks, governance frameworks, or resilience programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, simulations, or executive exercises.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, MBCI, PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead crisis management engagements for clients across industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks, governance, and playbooks.
• Facilitate crisis simulations and executive workshops.
• Coordinate with client executive leadership and stakeholders during crises.
• Develop executive briefings, situation reports and action trackers.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, and teams.
