Job summary

EY is seeking an Account Manager in Hong Kong to work with client executives and EY teams to strengthen relationships, shape account strategy and drive value for clients while minimizing non-engagement time.

You will coordinate cross‑functional activities, prepare meetings, support CX processes, and help with contracts, onboarding and renewals, all while delivering clear communications in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately six years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of EY’s account management tools and processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build new relationships while recognizing gaps in existing relationships within accounts and provide coverage of next layer of client seniority.
• Develop and implement client-centric account plans and strategies with CSPs and CEs.
• Coordinate and prepare account management meetings and track progress against deadlines.
• Manage CX/ASQ processes for the accounts and support client meetings, pursuits and proposals.
• Coordinate client relationship events and share EY thought leadership with clients.
• Manage the CRM/account pipeline and drive discipline across account teams; facilitate pursuit/RFP processes.
• Assist contracts, onboarding, pricing, renewal processes and liaise with procurement and legal teams.
