Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant/Deputy/Credit Risk Manager (Policy) to identify and analyse potential credit risk matters arising from retail credit products and processes, and to advise risk control measures.

You will stay abreast of underwriting criteria, draft and review credit policies to align with regulations and market conditions, and support ad hoc assignments from your supervisor.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in risk management, economics, finance, accounting or related disciplines.
• Holders of CPA, CFA, FRM, HKIB(ECF) will be an advantage.
• 3 years of experience from banking / financial institution.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse potential credit risk matters arising from retail credit product / process and advise corresponding risk control measures as needed.
• Keep abreast of market development on underwriting criteria of retail credit products and prepare proposals to enhance competitiveness of retail credit products.
• Formulate, review and comment on credit policy and procedures to drive alignment to external regulations, BOC group requirements, market environment, business strategy.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor as needed.
